SimpleToWork was founded in 2018 by Ricky Schweky. As an operations manager in retail, Ricky Schweky was responsible for developing teams and implementing systems to support the company's growth. However, when key employees left, he found himself retraining new hires, which became a setback. This led him to envision a solution: creating processes and integrating operational logic that work independently of the individuals managing them. By doing so, the systems would ensure consistent results and be easier to hand off, reducing the need for extensive retraining. Initially aimed at eliminating manual errors and streamlining product specifications, this approach soon expanded as other business owners sought Ricky's expertise to enhance their workflows.
With that SimpleToWork was born, a workflow automation company, that works directly with clients to understand their processes and build technologies that are custom-defined to work the way clients want to work. Shortly after its launch, SimpleToWork was getting requests for all types of projects ranging from automated Bookkeeping and Financial projections/budgeting to product order processing, replenishment and sales performance, and more.
Joe Harari joined SimpleToWork in 2020, working closely with Ricky Schweky to learn the ropes of workflow automation and system development. His keen interest in data and technology quickly propelled him to take on more responsibilities, eventually leading him to expand the company’s capabilities. Joe introduced advanced reporting and workflow tools that allowed SimpleToWork to serve a broader range of clients, enhancing the company's ability to deliver customized solutions. With his expertise in data architecture and a knack for building strong client relationships, Joe played a crucial role in transforming SimpleToWork into a comprehensive data partner for its clients.
Ricky and Joe’s skills complement each other, with Ricky leading the technical aspects of system design and automation, while Joe focuses on managing the data architecture and developing tools that streamline operations. Together, they create a team that not only builds robust systems but also ensures these systems are seamlessly integrated into clients’ operations.
